Prime Contractor – Conversion of three-story motel with 116 rooms to 1-2 modern bedroom apartment units with common area and designated 1 or 2-car parking spaces per unit plus guests parking with total of 185 parking spaces. Each unit ranges from 650sqft to 880sqft.
Estimated budget: $17.8M.
Status: Underdevelopment.

Project management – Owner’s Representative. Oversee the development (ground-up) of 125 luxury, Single-Family Residence (SFR), ranging from 2,050sqft to 2,680sqft with rooftop solar tiles, and common areas on 22-acres parcel.
Estimated budget: $73M.
Status: Complete.

Project management – Oversee a ground-up development on 37-acres parcel. Site is a mixed-use consisting of 51-casitas, restaurants, entertainment, gym center and other commercial buildings.
Estimated budget: $146M.
Status: Discontinued supporting the development.

Project management – Oversee tenant improvement. Site consists of three buildings with total of 137Ksf. Upgrading, by demolishing current interiors and reconstructing offices, electrical, elevator, and IT rooms, replacing mechanical, and bring electrical, plumbing and structure/framing to codes.
Estimated budget: $15M.
Status: Complete

Project management – Oversee a ground-up development on 20-acres parcel. Site consists of 489Ksf medical cannabis cultivation and production facility.
Estimated budget: $178M.
Status: Discontinued supporting the development.

Prime general builder – Provided construction services, by utilizing inside crew and independent subs for ground-up construction of two tilt-up warehouses ranging from 33,000sqft to 48,000sqft, single story, 30-feet elevation with built-in mezzanines, and flat-roof with auto-motorized solar panels systems on 12-acres parcel.
Status: Complete.

Prime general builder – Provided construction services, by utilizing inside crew and independent subs for a ground-up construction of a mixed-use complex including a Safeway Supermarket, Wells Fargo, Signature Café, Drycleaner, Pharmacy & Bakery, 116 luxury condominiums development (mixed horizontal and vertical construction) with rooftop solar systems, three-levels on three parcels (25.8 acres) adjoined each other.
Status: Complete.

Prime general builder – Provided construction services, by utilizing inside crew and independent subs for both ground-up construction and renovations of existing structures.
Status: Complete.

Prime general builder – Provided construction services, by utilizing inside crew and independent subs for ground-up construction of three offices in Diamond Bar, Walnut, and Brea, CA, ranging from 2,200 – 3,800sqf, as well over 15,000sqf of tenant improvements to an office building.
Status: Complete.
